I purchased 2 perfumes of 100ml to be delivered in Spain. I realized it was taking long for them to arrive. It was my second time buying online. The first time they arrive fine. I checked the tracking website and apparently the delivery company had an issue. I sent an email to L'Atelier explaining the situation (it's their responsibility to fix the issue, not mine). I haven't received any answer so far. The perfumes I bought were never delivered. Now I am out of the country and unable to receive them. I want a full refund. Hopefully they answer this time and they take care of the problem so I can keep being a returning customer. I truly love their perfumes.
