Where are your perfumes made?

Our perfumes are made in Grasse, in the south of France, at the prestigious Robertet house, an expert in perfumery for over 170 years.


Are your perfumes tested on animals?

Our perfumes are not tested on animals. We adhere to European regulations that prohibit animal testing for cosmetic products.


Are your perfumes vegan?

Yes, our products are vegan, containing no animal-derived ingredients.

What ingredients do/do not your perfumes contain?

Our perfumes are made up of up to 96% natural ingredients. The essences used are sourced from ethical and responsible suppliers. Furthermore, none of the following components are included in our formulas: parabens, PEG, phthalates, silicones, BHT, BHA, EDTA, phenoxyethanol. Atelier Parfum is committed to avoiding any synthetic ingredient that could be an endocrine disruptor, irritant, or pollutant. Priority is given to the quality, durability, traceability, and safety of each ingredient.


And what about the packaging?

Our commitment to the environment is also reflected in our material choices: Atelier Parfum minimizes plastic use, opting for natural materials such as wood for the caps and biodegradable cellophane. The glass bottles, made in France and Germany, are fully recyclable, while the cardboard cases are made from FSC-certified paper sourced from eco-managed forests.

What are the delivery fees?

France (mainland): Free delivery for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, the delivery fee is €6.
Europe: Free delivery for orders over €50. For orders under €50, the delivery fee is €9.
United Kingdom: Free delivery for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, the delivery fee is €6.
United States and United Arab Emirates:
Free delivery for orders over €150.
Orders under €50: delivery fee of €70.
Orders between €50 and €100: delivery fee of €50.
Orders between €100 and €150: delivery fee of €30.


What are the delivery times?

France (mainland): 1 to 3 business days.
Europe: 2 to 6 business days.
United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days.
United States: 2 to 6 business days.
United Arab Emirates: 2 to 6 business days.


How can I track my order?

Do you offer samples?

When you place an order on our site, you have the option to add three free samples of your choice.

Is it possible to return a product?

Yes, you can return a product under certain conditions.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. To be eligible for a refund, the perfume must not have been opened. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at: contact@latelierparfum.com. Once the return is received and approved, we will process the refund.

How to choose the right perfume?

Choosing a perfume is a sensory journey, where each olfactory note evokes a different emotion. To help you find the fragrance that suits you, we offer sample kits for each collection (Opus 1, Opus 2, Opus 3, Opus 4). This way, you can explore our creations and discover the ones that resonate the most with your personality.
To make this experience unique, we will deduct the cost of your Discovery Set when you purchase a 50 ml or 100 ml bottle. An ideal way to test our perfumes before you settle on your favorite.


Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?

Our perfumes are made with high-quality ingredients that are gentle on the skin. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin, we recommend applying a small amount to the inside of your wrist to check your tolerance before using it more widely.
We also advise you to perfume your textiles (sweaters, coats, jackets, etc.) instead of applying it directly to your skin.


What is the best way to apply perfume?

For optimal diffusion, apply your perfume to pulse points: wrists, neck, behind the ears, or the inside of the elbows. Body heat amplifies the fragrance and extends its longevity. You can also lightly perfume your clothes and hair for a more lasting olfactory impression.

What is the difference between eau de toilette and eau de parfum?

Eau de parfum contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (usually between 15% and 20%), offering a more intense scent and longer wear compared to eau de toilette, which typically contains between 5% and 15%.
